Great hotel right on the Balcón in Nerja. We had a room with a sea view - 102 - very comfortable bed, heating (December visit), and a fantastic shower. The buffet breakfast was abundant with a variety of hot and cold options. We checked in late, but the communication regarding the entry codes, etc., was well-managed and easy.

Incredible location, couldn't be more central. Decent and very clean rooms. The buffet breakfast in our opinion (a group of 6 adults) was very good, especially for the price. Good continental selection and hot food. We don't understand the bad breakfast reviews from other guests. We have stayed here before and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

A charming hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, especially at the reception. Clean room and a fabulous hot shower. Comfortable bed. Small balcony with views for a Christmas Eve drink. Very good value for money. It lacks a pool, but there are beaches everywhere, so it's not necessary. I have already booked for next year.

It was an absolute success to spend the weekend here; the room was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped. The food was delicious, with a very varied buffet-style breakfast, honestly quite superior to other hotels in the same category. And well, the service was always excellent, both in the restaurant and at the reception, and I am especially grateful to Luis for how efficient he was at all times at the reception without ever losing his friendliness. By the way, the area is quite strategic for going down to the beach or taking public transport.

We stayed at San Fermín with a group of tourists and everyone was very happy with the service, the standard of the rooms, and the food. The food was incredible and there was a huge variety. Such a good location and the staff is very friendly. Especially Ali, at reception, who was very helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. From the restaurant, many thanks to Sergio, Cruz, Lola, Naty, and Guada. Such a welcoming and affectionate team. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It is better than some 4-star hotels we have stayed in. Everywhere was impeccably clean, the beds were comfortable with nice linens, the shower was powerful and always hot, the complimentary toiletries were of good quality, the mini-fridge was very useful, our room was quiet, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The range of food was excellent, always a selection of quality meat and fish on the grill, a pasta bar, a fabulous selection of salads, and lovely fresh fruit and very well-cooked vegetables. All the staff were helpful and friendly. There were plenty of sunbeds in the well-kept gardens. It is in a nice, quiet area of the resort, but only an 8-minute walk downhill from the seafront and the bus stop. There was a large supermarket a 10-minute walk away. We would definitely return to this excellent hotel. Highly recommended.

We spent 4 nights over Easter on a weekend bed & breakfast basis. Clean and fresh-looking room, soft pillows but the bed was a bit hard for our preference. Nice walk-in double shower. Lovely grounds, 3 pools but very cold at this time of year. Plenty of space to spread out and there are always Sunbeds available. Breakfast has everything you could need, and we found it to be quite quiet and peaceful compared to some places where we have stayed. Bar prices are reasonable. Short but steep walk to the promenade. Halfway between the marina and Paloma Park, so a good location. The whole building looks clean and modern compared to some in the area, and it is well laid out. I would recommend if you are looking to visit Benalmádena.

The staff is super great; we would like to highlight those who treated us the best:
Reception, Angel for his kindness and attention regarding tourist information,
Javier for his quick response in changing our mattresses, something that could be improved in terms of quality.
Dining room manager Daniel for his eternal smile and attentiveness.
Waiters in general: Jaime, very attentive and pleasant, and Susi, very friendly, etc.
Entertainment: we thank Laura and Víctor for the good times of laughter and dancing.
The hotel's schedule is totally focused on foreigners; improving the schedules would be appreciated.
We left with much sadness, we recommend the stay for quality and price.

We all had a lovely time staying here. Our rooms were very clean and, although people say they need an update, they are perfectly fine and comfortable. Breakfast was well attended and ran smoothly (don't forget your room documentation). It is a 15/20 minute downhill walk to the center, which we knew, but it doesn't cost much if you want a quick taxi ride back. The pool area was lovely and not too crowded; we all enjoyed a swim and some reasonably priced drinks during happy hours. Overall, we would all stay here again.

I liked the location because it is not in the town center, making it easier to enter and exit by car. The hotel is super cozy. The room lacked nothing, everything was perfect. The facilities are great, with a gym, heated pool, and jacuzzi that my son enjoyed while I was training. The staff—from reception, waiters, chefs, and cleaners, I don't want to leave anyone out—all had a great attitude and provided perfect customer service, and most importantly, they always had a smile.
